What Is Scoped to a Workspace

Use this scope definition to avoid setting changes in the wrong place.
  1. AI Team setup (agent instructions, tools, and trigger context).
  2. Feed history and follow-up execution context.
  3. Chat and Pages used for day-to-day operations.
  4. Knowledge Base and Memory used by agents in that workspace.
  5. Workspace members and workspace-connected integrations.

Workspace Role Definitions

Use this role model to assign the right access level in each workspace.
  • Owner: full workspace control, including inviting members.
  • Editor: can edit workspace content and settings, but cannot invite members.
  • Viewer: read-only access.
  • Users invited as Workspace Editor or Viewer appear as Guest at Team level.

When to Create a Separate Workspace

Create a separate Workspace when you want to separate operations by brand, creator, product/service, region, or objective. Use brand-specific Knowledge Base and Memory in each Workspace so context does not get mixed.
