Short Answer

In most cases, the connected app authorization has expired. First, check the post status in Pages -> Content Calendar, then confirm app connection status in Team Settings -> Integrations.

What to Check First

  1. Open Pages -> Content Calendar.
  2. Find the target post and check its status:
    • Posted
    • Scheduled
    • Failed
  3. If the status is Failed, open Team Settings -> Integrations.
  4. Check whether the connected social app is still authorized. If it is disconnected or expired, reconnect it.
  5. Return to Content Calendar and retry the post.

If It Still Fails

Send support:
  • Team/workspace name
  • Post title
  • Current status in Content Calendar (Posted, Scheduled, or Failed)
  • Screenshot of the content row and integration status
